This Riesling opens with lemon pith and lime, lifted by a delicate hint of jasmine and lemon blossom. The palate is bright and dry, showing crisp green apple, great mineral length and a tight acid line that carries through to a clean, refreshing finish. Serve well chilled alongside fresh seafood, summer salads, or a long lunch in the sun.
